We offer a variety of weekday, weekend and evening classes throughout the calendar year. Following participation in our introductory Basic Beauty Class, students may enroll in additional classes that best fit their schedules.
Our Approach to Learning
With small class sizes and focused content, each student gets individual instruction. Our students learn with hands-on practice.
Anemone Makeup Artist Classes offer students an opportunity to register for one class at a time without the lengthy and expensive commitment of attending cosmetology/esthetic schools or other makeup training programs. Our Basic Beauty Class starts at only $395.
Classes are taught by veteran Boston makeup artist/hairstylist Ann Marie Laurendeau, who currently works in the television, editorial, celebrity, fashion, theater, & wedding fields. Her 20+ years of experience and impressive client list have made her New England’s most sought-after makeup artist and educator. Ann Marie is passionate about helping students learn the makeup industry and welcomes them to share in her success.
Upon completion of all classes offered in our Makeup Artist Training Program, qualified students have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build their portfolio by working on-location with Anemone’s team of makeup artists.
A career in the makeup and beauty industry is fascinating, rewarding, and in-demand. Enroll today and discover why Anemone Makeup Classes have the leading edge in specialized makeup training.
Please note: We are not a cosmetology, vocational, or esthetic school. We provide students with a Certificate of Attendance which states the classes/program completed and the date. Most states do not require makeup artists to have a cosmetology license. Find out what regulations apply to you by checking with your local government authority.
