understanding of how to successfully choose and apply the right makeup

techniques to their own clients in the future.

Workshop Description:
With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in
the field of bridal makeup and hair, and a vast portfolio of clients,
Ann Marie Laurendeau, Boston Makeup Artist and Hairstylist and founder
of Anemone Makeup, teaches everything you need to know about successfully
applying makeup for weddings and other special occasions.
Wedding work is very different than the application of conventional makeup. Ann
Marie’s successful experience confirms that brides want three things: 1)
they want to look like themselves, yet 2) they want a perfectly flawless
and natural complexion, and 3) they want their makeup to last all day. In
addition, working with bridal parties requires that you have knowledge
and experience to effectively apply makeup to a variety of skin tones and
be able to work with people of all ages - from teens to Mothers.
Upon completion of this 2-part workshop, each participant will gain more
credibility and confidence in their ability to achieve natural makeup
finishes for their brides and bridal parties. Each attendee
will also learn how to apply makeup to family members such as the
