Bridal Makeup Workshop for Aspiring Makeup Artists
Workshop Description
(Session 3 & 4)
With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the field of bridal makeup and hairstyling, Veteran Boston Makeup Artist and Anemone Makeup founder, Ann Marie Laurendeau, teaches everything you need to know about successfully applying makeup for weddings and other special occasions including her expert techniques for professional-looking and long-lasting bridal makeup.
Wedding work is very different from the application of conventional makeup. Ann Marie’s enormous success in the wedding industry confirms that brides want three things: 1) they want to look like themselves, 2) they want a perfectly flawless and natural complexion, and 3) they want their makeup to last all day.
In addition, working with bridal parties requires that you have knowledge and experience to effectively apply makeup to a variety of skin tones and be able to work with people of all ages – from teens to Mothers. This workshop also covers how to market your services set rates and develop booking policies.
Upon completion of this 2 Session workshop, each participant will gain more credibility and confidence in their ability to achieve natural makeup finishes for their brides and bridal parties.
