Trials are provided by appointment at The Phoenix Salon in Winchester, Ma. Click here for map & directions.

• Please note that all weddings are booked on a first-come basis. Due to stylist and seasonal demands, we ask that you schedule your hair and makeup trial as far in advance of your wedding day as possible.

  
  For our many out-of-state brides who are getting married in New England, we can make special arrangements to provide the trial on-location at a residence or Boston area hotel. Please call 781-305-3221 or email info@anemonemakeup.com to inquire.

  • • *For brides scheduling 2-hour appointments, we ask that you have an idea of how you want to wear your hair and makeup on your wedding day and welcome you to bring along magazine photographs as well as a camera to take photos of your finished wedding look. Please arrive with clean dry hair or blow dry straight if your hair is curly or wavy and you want a sleek wedding day hair style.

    • We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your trial appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

  • On-Location Wedding Day Makeup and Hair

  • Let us take the stress out of your wedding day by bringing Boston’s best makeup artists and hairstylists to you!

  • As professionals working behind the camera for photo shoots, broadcast and media production, we spend most days traveling and working on-location and therefore have the expertise to work quickly and efficiently in any surroundings. We offer 24/7 hair and makeup services according to your wedding day schedule and will have you ready on-time for when your photographer arrives.
    

  • We are highly experienced in working with large wedding parties, and because Anemone is a team of hair and makeup artists, you can opt to have more than one stylist at your location if you have a large bridal party or are planning an early morning wedding. Our makeup artists and hairstylists are available to travel to your wedding location throughout Greater Boston and New England, including Cape Cod and the islands of Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, and Newport, Rhode Island. On-location hair and makeup services require a 2-person hair & makeup minimum or $525.00 minimum charge.

Rates reflect services provided by one Anemone artist/stylist and include travel to your location within greater Boston. $525 minimum charge includes 2 person hair and makeup, or combination of 4 total hair OR makeup, i.e. 1 makeup, 3 hair.

We offer discounts for wedding parties of 6 or more people who have contracted both makeup and hairstyling services.

Additional Artists

The above rates reflect cost for one artist. Please inquire about rates for additional artists.

Travel Rates

Above rates includes travel within Greater Boston. However, we are available to travel beyond Greater Boston including all of New England and into New York. Please inquire about the additional costs.

Destination Weddings (Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Newport, RI, New York and beyond)

Ann Marie Laurendeau and her team frequently travel throughout New England, including the Cape and the islands. They are also available to travel to your destination anywhere in the US. Payment Policy and Additional Information

Scheduling a Trial Appointment

Hair and makeup trials last up to 2 hours. Trial appointments are provided at The Phoenix Salon, 27 Thompson Street, Winchester, MA. Click here for map & directions.

Scheduling a Trial Appointment at Your Home or Hotel

We serve many out-of-state brides and are happy to provide a hair and makeup trial at a requested residence or hotel. Please contact us for costs and travel rates. Pre-payment required.

Reserving Your Wedding Date

Please note that all Anemone makeup artists and hairstylists are booked on a first-come basis. A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed agreement are required to reserve an artist/stylists(s) for a specific wedding date and time. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.  Please use our wedding inquiry form to inquire about our availability.

Minimum Charges

There is a 2 person hair and makeup, or 4 total hair OR makeup service request, or $525 minimum charge per each makeup artist and hairstylist for all weddings.  Additional minimums may apply depending on destination, requested stylist and wedding date.

Travel

Above rates includes travel within Greater Boston. However, we are available to travel beyond Greater Boston including all of New England and into New York. Please inquire about the additional costs.

Hotel Parking/Lodging and Other Expenses

The client is responsible for all lodging, parking, and traveling fees that each artist incurs.

Service Gratuity

The above rates do not include a per artist service gratuity.

Wedding Cancellations

All wedding deposits are non-refundable. Weddings cancelled less than 30 days prior to the weddings are still required to pay the full cost of contracted services.
